Every patient engagement project has a unique challenge and I have seen many great (and some not so great) examples in my time in Pharma. Our approach is start with experiences: patients, physicians, carers, internal teams, geographies. Our team is experienced in mapping the patient journey and creating real-world intervention strategies to speed up the journey from health issue identification to effective treatment management strategy. We facilitate effective dialogue between patients and HCPs to drive better, more informed treatment decisions.

Clearly, in order to accelerate a patient journey we have to first understand what that journey looks like and where the touch points are for positive intervention. Our aim is to significantly shorten the time from identification of a health issue to the correct treatment or management strategy.

We have extensive experience in patient journey mapping and creating intervention strategies and programmes that increase disease awareness, drive earlier diagnosis and educate on the need-to-treat or refer.
